- Our payment policy is ‘pay-for-stay at check-in‘.

Initial Deposit
- If daily room cost is below 1000 pesos - 1500 pesos (per room)
- If daily room cost is above 1000 pesos – daily room cost + 500 pesos (per room)
- The 500-700 extra is the Incidental Expenses Deposit.
Incidental Expenses Deposit
- For extra charges such as telephone calls, laundry & ironing, etc.
- Refunded during check-out, minus extra charges if any.
Check-In
- Regular Check-In Time is 2 pm.
- 4:30 am to (before) 2 pm early check-in has limited availability. IF available, there is no extra early check-in charge.
- Please try to avoid checking in before 4:30 am as it incurs an extra night charge.
- Early Check-in has limited availability because most guests prefer to check-out at noon and housekeeping needs time to clean.
Check-Out
- Regular Check-Out time is 12 (noon).
Check-Out time can be extended to 1 pm without charge.
Check-Out after 1 pm has a 50% late check-out charge.
Check-Out after 4 pm has an extra night charge.
- Please be advised that our staff has to check your room to make certain everything is in order before your check-out is finalized. This usually takes only a few minutes but may be longer if many guests are checking out at the same time.

what do you mean by the initial deposit of 1500? if we’re planning to have a one night stay?
At check-in, per room (account) must have minimum of 1500 pesos deposit. For example, Economy no breakfast one night – at check-in, 1500 pesos is requested. At check-out, 700 pesos is refunded (if there are no extra charges).
If the room cost is higher than 1000 pesos per day-night, then initial deposit becomes ROOM COST + 500 pesos (I.E. deposit). For example, Family w/ breakfast one night – at check-in, 1900 + 500 = 2400 pesos would be requested (not 1500 pesos).

For children, we base on heights, not on ages. Below 4 feet can stay for free (max. of 2 such per room). 4 feet and above are counted as pax. 4 feet is the height of the front desk station. Please be advised that we do not have baby cribs or cots for rent.

hello po… na ka book na po kami in the name of Marianne Veloso sa april 12 to 15 2013…. at bayad na po kami for 3 nights standard room ang sa amin … bale ang Flight namin from Tacloban is 3:30 ng hapon po… at arrival namin bukas sa cebu is mga 4:10 ng hapon ok lang po ba yun na maka check in kami ng 5 pm kc travel time pa po from airport…. at saka di po namin dala yung credit card niya na ginamit sa pag pa pa book only office id po lang niya ang dala namin. .. pls reply po salamat

We usually don’t require credit card information for 1-Standard Room reservations. You just pay at the hotel during check-in.
