IMPORTANT
- Our payment policy is ‘pay-for-stay at check-in‘.
- At check-in, you may be asked to add 500 pesos for extras such as telephone calls, laundry and ironing services, gift shop purchases, etc. This 500 pesos (minus extras, if any) is refunded at check-out.
- Regular Check-In Time is 2 pm. You can check-in earlier than 2 pm, but you may have to wait for a room to be vacated and cleaned. Please be advised that checking in before 6 am has an extra night charge.
- Regular Check-Out time is 12 (noon).
Check-Out time can be extended to 1 pm without charge.
Check-Out after 1 pm has a 50% late check-out charge.
Check-Out after 4 pm has an extra night charge.
- We usually do not require advance payment for reservations, but no-deposit reservations are only held until 4 pm.
