How to make a reservation
- Reservations are accepted via telephone or email.
- Before making a reservation, please review our hotel policies and daily schedule.
- You may also find the Questions and Answers page useful.
Room Reservations
- We usually do not require advance payment or deposits for one (1) to three (3) Standard room reservations.
- Reserving a Family Room, a Suite or a Condo may require down payment.
- Reserving over 3 rooms may require a deposit.
- Sinulog reservations usually require advance payment.
- No-deposit room reservations are only held until 4 pm. Please let us know if your check-in time is later than 4pm.
Function or Venue Reservations
- Reserving the Function Room or the Roof Deck or the Swimming Pool requires a down payment.
- Down payment is 5000 pesos for venue reservations. Please be advised that this is non-refundable and that the date reserved is fixed.
Reservation for overnight stay at family room b for 5pax, no breakfast this coming saturday 09-01-2012. Early check in of 9-10am, please advise if available at 0917-4568553. Thanks!

Family Room A is located on the second floor. It is not near the elevator.
