  1. Do you have long-stay room rates?

    Monthly rates are available upon inquiry.

  2. Do you have airport pick-up service?

    Please visit Mactan-Cebu Airport Car Services. There are many transportation choices at the airport.

  3. Can hotel guests use the swimming pool?

    The pool is available to hotel guests from 6am to 8pm every day except if there's a pool function or if the pool's under maintenance.

  4. Do you have connecting rooms?

    Metro Park Hotel does not have connecting rooms. For multiple room reservations, the rooms are usually on the same floor and near to each other. Usually, they are next to each other or across from each other.

  5. Is Wi-Fi or Internet Access free?

    The Wi-Fi in the lobby and hotel restaurant are free. Please request the password from the front desk. The Wi-Fi in the rooms and other areas of the hotel are not free - you will need Wi-Fi cards, which are available for purchase in the lobby area. If you plan to log-in to the internet a lot, please consider purchasing a personal portable wireless internet system from either Globe or Smart.   6. Is Early Check-in available? Is it an extra charge?

    Early Check-in is free as long as you check-in after 4:30am (hotel computer time). Early check-in is only available if there are unoccupied rooms (which are already cleaned). If all rooms are occupied, you will have to wait for a room to be vacated and cleaned first. Most guests usually check out around noontime.

  7. Is Late Check-out available? Is it an extra charge?

    Regular Check-Out time is 12 (noon).
    Check-Out time can be extended to 1 pm without charge.
    Check-Out after 1 pm has a 50% late check-out charge.
    Check-Out after 4 pm has an extra night charge.

  8. Do you have non-smoking rooms?

    Public areas are no-smoking zones but hotel rooms are not separated into no-smoking and smoking rooms. MPH rooms are not carpeted so even if a room has been smoked in recently, it doesn't smell smokey after housekeeping have done their work.

    However, people’s sensitivity to smoke do vary so we recommend our non-smoking guests to request a room check (before actual check-in). Please also inform the staffer showing you rooms that you want a room which does not smell smokey. Thank you.

  9. I have questions about dental work. Can I just email them to you?

    Yes, you can send any questions to email@metroparkhotelcebu.com --- they will be forwarded to Dr. Meriam Rojas-Yap. Please put MPH in the email subject so that your email will be filtered from the junk emails.

    However, in case you still don't receive a reply from us within 2 business days, please call us. Email technical difficulties are very rare, but when they happen - it's very hard (practically impossible) for us to let you know that we can't email you back.
