If you pick the pool as your venue, you and your guests can swim in it (at no extra charge). Just please keep within the 4-hour limit. Per extra hour is 1000 pesos.
If you pick the rooftop, and it rains – your party will be transferred to the Function Room. The Function Room is kept open when the Rooftop Venue is booked.
Please be advised that if you pick the Rooftop venue, your guests can’t use the pool for free. There will be extra charges per person for pool use (if your venue is the Rooftop).
Also, if you pick the Rooftop and there’s another party at the Pool (at the same time), your guests can’t use the pool at all.
Guests who are staying at the hotel can use the pool for free from 8am to 7pm, only if there is NO pool party and if the pool is not under maintenance.

I will be traveling alone to the Philippines but meeting some friends there. I would like to save some money on accommodation so firstly could you give me an idea of what qualifies as a long term stay at your residence and the relevant prices and savings.
If this is too vague a question let me give you an idea of my stay; 2 weeks to 2 months. I would think a furnished studio apartment would be adequate. However if you have something cheaper then that’s also possible. Also what is your policy on guests having friends over?
Metro Park Hotel only has discounted daily rates and monthly rates. 2 weeks to less than 30 day stay would still fall under discounted daily rates.
If your number of days is less than 30 days but close to 30 days, you can just pay the monthly rate (if it comes out cheaper that way) BUT there is no refund for unspent days.
As for having friends over, it depends on how many and whether they are staying overnight.
MPH 1 bedroom condo and MPH standard is good for 2 persons automatically.
